Meet The Team

Andrew N. Rest

Vice President of Operations

Andrew is a passionate advocate for Consumers' Rights. He guides the Case Management Team and sits on the board of Dispute Resolution. His charge is to help timeshare owners find relief from their unwanted timeshares and timeshare debts. He believes in always fighting for what's right and is a steward of commitment to continuous process improvement. Additionally, Andrew is a member of The National Ski Patrol and serves as a volunteer at Beech Mountain, NC. 

Robin Bowling

Territory Manager | Customer Success

Robin is a timeshare industry veteran who is passionate about helping others.  She is relentless in her pursuit of consumer advocacy. Robin is a native of Stuart, Virginia and has lived in Myrtle Beach for four years. Robin is also a passionate real estate investor, buying and flipping houses. 

Charles R. Howard


Charles has years of experience assisting timeshare owners. He is passionate about helping dissatisfied timeshare owners find relief from their unwanted timeshares. Charles is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, a father of two year old little girl, and a seven year Army Infantry Veteran. Charles believes what sets us apart in an industry riddled with less than reputable firms and companies is our commitment to customer service and using the best technology to stay steps ahead of the timeshare developers. 

Christine C. Howard

Vice President of Customer Success

Christine has over ten years of experience helping dissatisfied timeshare owners find their way out. Christine knows our job is more than just getting rid of timeshares. Our team takes the fight back to these unscrupulous timeshare companies and helps timeshare owners find relief from their timeshare debt. Christine believes timeshare owners need advocates actively fighting for their rights. 

L. Brad Smith, Esq.

In-House General Counsel 

Brad is the attorney of attorneys and is committed to help people. He believes that someone must stand firm against unscrupulous corporate greed. He serves as the In-House General Counsel for HVM Strategies and guides our dispute process and timeshare cancellations. Brad is bar certified in South Carolina and is the managing attorney for Rivertown Law. Brad is also a veteran of the United States Navy.
